Pillows was so comfy!! Best night sleep I've had for a long time! Room was tidy and clean. Staff was friendly. Parking was also easy and plenty of spaces. Definitely recommend and will be staying again. Breakfast was a buffet which was lovely.

Well received by Lisa and Kelly Very good customer care from both of them . They even offered to assist me carry my luggage but I was ok I have visited on a number of occasions and always enjoy my stay. The service and facilitates are quite good. Just keep it up

Was welcomed at reception brilliantly, made to feel at home by them as i dont like to stay working away. Kelly and Caroline were absolutely amazing and made feel right at home lovely and very professional really enjoyed my saty would recommend 👍

Ideal location for places we wanted to visit. Rooms spotless but our stay was made special by the two ladies on reception Lisa -Marie and Caroline. Nothing was too much trouble for them, they advised us where to go etc. Totally made us feel welcome.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming (Caroline and Lisa-Marie) and always ready to help. The location was convenient, and everything I needed was within easy reach. I especially appreciated the smooth check-in process and how quiet it was at night. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free visit.

I recently stayed at the hotel in Llantrisant and I have to say the staff there were superb, Ceri and Lisa P on the front desk really made me feel welcome and were fantastic with handling me coming down and staying. Would highly recommend coming again in future.

Excellent stay, we received a warm welcome at reception, we had two rooms which were clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was very nice with a good selection of hot & cold food. Hotel was good value for money. Would definitely recommend.

A comfy and cozy place, very nice and helpful people, my stay here even though short was definitely a good memory. All information provided, no fuss, no issues and reception going above and beyond to help us is not something that can be taken for granted and I deeply appreciate the effort. Also a great place to stay if you want to visit the Royal Mint Experience, it's a 10 minutes walk.
