The staff was very helpful particularly when there were problems with our safe, air conditioning and phone in the room. Mariona (Meriwavv Borant) at the front desk was fantastic, she suggested two great hikes/walks near the hotel that were spectacular.

A superb stay. The spa/sauna and indoor pool were ace. Also the outdoor pool was cold but clean, very refreshing having a cold dip after a sauna. Even a member of staff brought us towels as we were using our bathroom towels, never asked but he just brought them, top guy. The staff were a delight and went out their way to please guests. The room was very clean and had all you needed. As we were a group of bikers, we had the sole use of a secure parking facility that used a programmed card to open up from outside. It was great having dry bikes in the morning. Food was excellent with a breakfast buffet, and a huge evening meal that was perfectly cooked.

Hemos pasado 5 días de ensueño en el paraíso de Llavorsí. En el hotel nos han tratado de lujo desde el minuto 1 hasta nuestra partida. Desde recepción, pasando por bar, restaurante, limpieza ... Todos los días hemos hecho actividades en estrecha colaboración con el hotel, de verdad, de lujo. Altamente recomendable. Puedes hacer rafting, barranquismo, montar a caballo, visitar el parque natural de Aigues Tortes, hacer hidrospeed.. el pueblo es como de cuento, muy bonito ¡volveremos!

Es una opinion del restaurante pues estabamos alojados en un restaurante de la zona y fuimos a comer. El menú son 18 euros con primero , segundo y postre bebidas a parte. La verdad es que es una cocina muy esmerada que denota cuanto menos empeño, muy dificil de encontrar por esa zona, nos atendieron magnificamente aunque solo estabamos otra pareja y nosotros.Pedimos dos menús y el chico cordero asado con salsa al oporto (23 euros) y un postre por 8,50 euros todo muy bien pero en solo que te sales del menú sube la cuenta bastante, Sitio tranquilo , bonito y agradable y con unos salones para poder hacer una sobremesa posteriormente a la comida. Segun nos dijo el camarero para las cenas habia que reservar pues se llenaba. Lo recomiendo seguramente sea el mejor restaurante que nos encontramos por la zona en los 10 dias que estuvimos de vacaciones.

Contratamos el menu degustación. Cuando llegamos al hotel todavía no sabíamos en qué comedor se serviría la cena. Empieza la cena y nos preguntan si somos los del menú degustación. No nos explican nada y empiezan a traer platos sin darnos ningún tipo de detalle. Los platos llegan a toda velocidad. No nos ofrecen agua, la solicitamos. Hay platos de carne y pescado y no cambian los cubiertos, lo cual solicitamos y la respuesta es que da igual. El colmo es cuando llegan los postres, llegan los dos a la vez. Uno de los postres es un helado que llega deshecho y acaba líquido. No podemos comerlos tan deprisa. A mitad de cena empiezan a montar las mesas del desayuno y prácticamente nos invitan a irnos. Hemos cenado dos entrantes tres principales y dos postres en una hora y diez minutos. Ha sido todo pésimo, incluida la calidad y la presentación de los platos.

Nunca habíamos pasado una experiencia así en ningún hotel previamente ni mi esposa ni yo. Habitación lúgubre por falta de luz, ambientador axfisiante y ducha (teléfono) averiada. Llamamos a mantenimiento y el “señor” nos indica que si sujetamos bien el “cable” se puede usar y que ahora no lo cambia (se encara con mi esposa que le indica no funciona), finalmente llamo a recepción de nuevo y en 10’ vuelve y pone uno nuevo, no sin soberbia y dejando el baño de pisadas negras por lo que mancho. Nunca imagine un trato así en un hotel y menos de 4*, pena o vergüenza??

Très bel hôtel avec un confort moderne L'accueil est remarquable de gentillesse et de bienveillance. Piscine extérieure sympa et l'établissement dispose d'un spa à réserver Localisé au terme d'une petite route après un camping, l'hôtel est très calme. Le petit déjeuner est correct

excellent hotel, dans un ecrin de verdure, avec un spa topissime. Un personnel parfait et à l'ecoute. Tres bon petit dejeuner, nous avons pus rentrer les motos dans un garage pour la nuit. Merci pour ce tres agreable moment
