"Friendly, helpful and thoughtful service. I have mobility issues so they even moved a vehicle so I could park closer to the hotel. The owner has a very good command of English. Would use again for sure."

"I have stayed here many times. It is relatively clean. You must have your own car to stay here. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the nearest train station. There are no Chinese restaurants in the nearest village."

"Fantastic hotel , spotlessly clean and room cleaned with towels changed although we were only there for 2 nights . Breakfast was Fantastic, a great selection to choose from and ideally located not too far from the town. Staff were also lovely and friendly , very helpful ."

"Decent budget option with reasonable facilities. The neighbourhood can be a little noisy at night and what a terrible choice to put in those extremely loud beeping room entry systems! You can hear everybody come and go!"

Our room was quite spacious. All key locations in Bilbao can be reached within 30 minutes walking.
The cons- no kettle or fridge in room. The shower is a glass cube in the room, could be uncomfortable for some."
