On arrival early hours. Gentleman on reception was very welcoming and friendly. Read a few reviews stating food was cold or same stuff daily. Food was really lovely and accommodated everyone's needs. Rooms were spotless clean, with room cleaned daily. Only negatives I have is room 350 leaks when it rains, which did twice while we were there. My daughter had her room flooded, but they moved us all to other rooms with pool view. Overall we had a fabulous time.

Amazing stay, friendly staff and delicious food. Near the beach and the Lloret Castle that has a bar with a stunning view. Spent a week with family and everybody was happy with the choise, we will definitely come back and visit other parts os the city.

Outside facilities was good apart from rude staff behind the snack bar. Room nice size but leaking sink shower and no tv control even though telling reception amd room not cleaned everyday. Food always cold NO hot plates. Food selection was adequate. Would I come again possible not

The hotel has a fantastic location, just 10 minutes walk to the beach. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the food was excellent with a different variety every day. However, the room cleanliness left a lot to be desired. Towels were not changed, the floor wasn’t properly swept, dust was left behind, and the toilet paper wasn’t replaced after it ran out. On top of that, there was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom that lingered throughout the stay. While the staff and food made up for some of the issues, the lack of proper housekeeping affected the overall comfort of the stay.

Hotel in a whole was great. Rooms large and clean, bathroom decent and clean. Food was just ok for a bisto type guy. The hotel seriously needs to add 1 or 2 more of the toasting machines because 1 bad machine is not great for 300 guests. Food could be warmer but us English always complain about the heat of the grub. And variety could be better.. myself and daughter went and it was week 1 of the season for the hotel so guess it could get better. The water park was fun but sadly only 1/2 of the 6 slides were open. The all inclusive part was ok, 1 pool bar open all day serving drinks, snacks and ice cream. And can at times be very busy. But again I saw other closed bars so maybe later in the season these may open. It’s a pleasant 10min walk to the town and beach with loads of walking options, cafes etc.

Such a lovely time, good could of been a better mix for kids as same each night The stir fry in the restaurant is amazing Clean pools and lifeguards always watching and have oversight of what is happening Nice walk to beach and shops Kids had a great time on the slides and soft play

We are here right now and for an all inclusive hotel you really don't get alot for your money. Food is amazing but it's the same every breakfast, lunch and tea. Snacks you get chicken nuggets, chips, hotdogs and burgers. Entertainment is nothing. Nothing for kids to do so they are running around the hotel like mad kids, the indoor play are is open for 2 hours and it's more for baby's, the pool is freezing so never even got in the pool the whole week we was here. won't be coming back here again. Only good thing about this holiday we went on the beach most of the time which was 10 mins walk from hotel and plenty of shops to see.

Fantastic place, staff, atmosphere, food, entertainment! Will go there again! Really recommend it 👌! We have taken full board and everytime had a chance to eat different types of food! Rooms were spacious, well decorated and a good size of the bathrooms.
