Cozy place, small but nice rooms, but the walls are too thin, you can hear everything about the other rooms, buffet quite good and cozy and kind service. Some rooms were slightly ruined. Very nice disco, fun Our experience was quite good, there are only a few things to change, that's why I put three stars

Stayed one night at this hotel. Kept awake with banging doors and a wake up call at 2.35 am. My complaint wasn’t logged, the response being a shrug of the shoulders. Breakfast was chaotic and needs to be logically laid out. E.g. tea bags at one end, hot water at the other and milk half way between!

The rooms are terrible, small, everything is old and broken, leaks on the walls, there was a constant flow of young drunk and drugged people, shouting and screaming at any time of the day, just terrible

At first i was little disapointed... but that lasted one day! Every thing about hotel was eather great or very good! Location is at epicenter of a place, and its wery loud but i didnt have problem with that, my kids 6years and 9years didnt even notice... Room are very VERY CLEAN, Food Was great!!! And staff perfect... I was at 4star hotels in platja del plama and alcudia Mallorca and this one is Best. Big Thanks to Maria del Mar staff!!!

This is a brilliant example of not judging a book by its cover on the outside of the hotel it looks well maintained and clean however it soon changed after a few nights at this hotel. we came on a school trip to the hotel. The first night was good especially after the 36 hour journey we just did prior. As the nights went on the hidden truth came through. Mouldy oranges, raw burgers and wilted vegetables not to mention the bed covers that had never been washed, as well as the balcony which was hanging on by several zip ties and our hotel which was severely damaged open arrival. Everyone thought that this hotel would be a good getaway from the school. But it most certainly was not. the rooms were not up to standard, which the pictures showed the walls were cracked and the bathroom tap and shower wouldn’t drain this is a hotel which has changed my opinion on Spain.

The staff were friendly. Rooms were tiny, not big enough for 3 people and. The rooms were clean except the bed sheets had stains on them. The bathroom door didn’t have a lock and the shower soaked the whole bathroom as the glass door wasn’t big enough, water pressure was not ideal. The walls were very very thin, you could hear a pin drop in the room next door. I left during the day with my suitcase open and crocs beside it, came back later that day after the cleaners had been in and tidied it to find out my crocs had been stolen! Searched the whole room and they were no where to be seen, complained and was told there was nothing they could do. Food was alright if you’re not fussy unlike me. Good breakfasts. lunch and dinner were very similar with a decent selection. Some dodgy chicken on our last night and mouldy oranges with flies out on the counter. Would not choose to stay here again.

Staff were nice , friendly and kind . On the outside the hotel is nice but when you go upstairs it’s a different story . To start the bathrooms don’t lock , the water pressure sucks and it is to small for three people to fit in as well as the walls being super duper thin . The food is ok but a bit iffy at times not to mention the meat.
