Just returned from a week here, the holiday was absolutely fantastic! The Animation team deserve my first lot of praise- they literally never stop!! They are always around to make sure the kids are having a fantastic time, they have activities constantly throughout the day such as foam parties, aqua aerobics, pool games. They have a mini club for the smaller children where they can go and colour and play games and the water slides were brilliant, extremely enjoyable for all ages! Not many of the staff speak English, so it can be quite a communication barrier at times. The pool area is extremely busy, they do ask you not to reserve sunbeds, but people do mainly around the middle pool as it is where all the pool activities take place. If you haven't returned to your sunbed in 90 minutes, they do remove your towels. They have security walking around constantly throughout the day and the night time, not that there was any trouble when we were there, but more the fact that it's 4 huge complexes together so with that amount of people, there is always a potential for trouble. They have 4 restaurants for everyone and you get assigned your restaurant when you check in. The restaurants are really busy, you can be queuing for quite a while waiting for your food, although the chefs are very officiant and the quality of the food we found to be great. The reviews we saw saying how terrible the food was, as far as we experienced was not correct. We never had cold food or under cooked and there was always plenty of choice, aswell as themed nights every night such as Candy night which was the children's favourite, mexican night etc. The rooms were quite dated but exceptionally clean! You could always tell who were the excellent cleaners as you would walk in to your room and it would smell amazing! Which was great to come back to. The staff are so friendly and helpful, they always go above and beyond to make sure you have the best holiday you can! The pool areas were clean and tidy, the bars were great and so were the snack bars. The snacks available throughout the day was one of the best of all the hotels we have stayed in. Included in your all inclusive you could have ice cream cones of various ice creams, magnums and twister lollies. The alcohol, cocktails and soft drinks were available all throughout the day and night too, plus soft drinks machines dotted around the hotel area to help yourself. Top tips from our experience here- * If you have fussy children who won't drink fizzy drinks/ fruit juice, take some mini squeezable squash with you as you can then top up the children's drinks bottles with water and squash. Nowhere in Spain seems to sell squash it's all fruit juice! *Do reserve your sunbeds but ensure you only go for a max of 90 mins else your towels will be removed. *The lifts take forever to arrive to you, so unless you have to, I'd just walk the stairs! *The day before check out if you're missing breakfast, go to reception and the

After debating this hotel a few times, we decided to just go for it. Sooo glad we did! It was brilliant for families, always something for the kids. Food (although not greatly labelled) was lovely, fussy bland eaters can live off pizza and chips. Pools fabulous, slides were great. Icecreams,Slush, doughnuts, lollies a hit for the kids. Rooms clean, big enough, comfortable and good shower. Location was ok. Only grumble was the queue for the bar sometimes was ridiculous. Evening entertainment is indoor(ish) but laid out with theatre style seats not tables and chairs which didn't work for us as a large group with mixed ages. Very minor points to grumble about. We had a great time here. Clean, friendly, busy, fun :) and we were lucky we arrived as the entertainment season was in full swing

Great hotel with lots to do. Our boys enjoyed the foam party, fair night and entertainment. They loved being able to have ice creams, doughnuts and waffles during the daytime. Staff worked really hard and were happy to help. We were even provided with packed lunch on our departure day - as we left before breakfast. Rooms were a bit dated but were clean and comfortable. Towels changed everyday and beds made up. Main selling point for us were the pools. The kids loved the slides but preferred the quieter salt water pool. Food was good although not always well labelled so you had to take your chances with some of the dishes. Staff were happy to answer questions if you took the time to ask. The pizzas tasted amazing and went down well with our boys. Only problem we had was that the evening entertainment didn’t start till 9 which was too late for the children. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Good points The quality and variety of food is amazing. We were there for 2 weeks and we never had the same meal twice. I've no idea how people have given negative reviews for food. The general organisation of the complex is admirable, everything works, all the activities, the services etc, all smooth sailing. There's a nice relaxing atmosphere due to this being a well oiled machine. The pools are very good. Keeps the kids well entertained with the 3 pools and slides. Pool bars are excellent also The staff all have reasonable English and are helpful. Air con in the room was excellent Less good points The rooms are cramped and are noisy. No sound insulation. We weren't in our room much so it was fine. As a family resort expect to hear early risers on the corridors etc. The majority of patrons are Spanish and the activities for the kids are all run through Spanish. Very few English speakers attended the activities as a result of this which in turn discourages the kids from taking part. The first week of July it was fine but the second week the resort seemed crowded at times. Not a major bugbear but the pool would get really full and there were more queues for food etc.

We had arrived here at 11am we where then told the all inclusive didn't start until 12:00 so we would have to purchase our drinks until then (This is also a JET2 Issue) but was given a white band and they hadn't explained we had to go back after 12 to get the new all inclusive band which caused confusion between us and the hotel staff. Wasn't told about the hotel at all didn't receive a map of the hotel. We basically had to find out everything for our self's. Finally got to check in and we had paid for a pool view room but giving the fact we required a double buggy because our son was disabled and the double buggy didn't fit in the lift we where then put on the ground floor which meant we still had to use steps to get to our room which wasn't ideal. We have 2x boys which is why we have the double buggy. After giving our passports in to be checked and also sending the confirmation email we then got a letter under the door to then re check in again which was just more hassle. We felt that the hotel staff spoke to each other a lot amongst there self which we felt was very rude as you just know when people are talking about you this seemed to happen a lot dinner time or at the bar, Me my self i am hard to understand verbally so I felt that some of the ways they would respond was quite rude as I was always very polite. We only had breakfast 1 day out of the 6 and dinner 2 times out of the 6 days we where there as it wasn't very good. This wasn't a cheap holiday how ever it certainly felt that way with how everything was. On a plus note very clean & Entertainment for the kids was good even though it started at 21:00 at night. We probably should have looked into things a lot more but we definitely will never be back.

Currently staying here at the moment 26th June 2024. Hotel is fine, bit dated but clean and pleasant enough.The food is okay but there could be a better selection and more choice for children Great choice of pools, suitable for all ages and plenty of sunbeds. However some of the bar staff are some of the least pleasant we have experienced, talking among themselves while people are waiting to be served, also not very attentive as they often serve people in the incorrect order leading to frustrated holidaymakers. Also at night bar area is very busy with long queues all night ong. Could do with a self service beer pump and also for juice On the plus side, the entertainment is first class especially for the kids.
