We got a humongous room with superb ambience. The food was super delicious. The best I've tasted compared to all the other hotels which offered breakfast! Would definitely stay there again

Buona struttura e personale disponibile. Stanze spaziose ma troppo rumorose , si riesce a sentire qualsiasi cosa nelle stanze accanto e fuori.

Once inside the gates it’s an oasis of calm. You need a car if you want to go out of the hotel can organise taxis. Friendly staff and wonderful pool area, so great pool bar for drinks and food. The rooms are a little bit dated, but very clean. Good selection of breakfast of the basic breakfast items.

If you have a family, this is not the hotel for you. Bad points: Hotel receptionist is extremely rude and unhelpful. We asked for Aircon (as advertised) they told me it was turned off because "it's midseason." The temperature outside was 28C and our room was 24C, the room backed onto the highway, so couldn't open our window. The location is very bad, we saw several ladies of the night working nearby. No place to walk and highway is right there next to the rooms. Periodically closed restaurant without warning. We were told when we checked in we could get dinner in the restaurant, we came downstairs with our baby and mother in law and they told us we were not allowed to use any of the common spaces, we could only eat from a very limited menu and only in our room. No wifi, it never worked and when we asked about it, they didn't have an answer nor say when it would be fixed. It's definitely the best hotel in the area...that's because it's not a nice area...avoid the area and DEFINITELY AVOID THIS HOTEL

Ottima struttura Stanza ampia comoda. Letto comodissimo. Buona colazione dolci latte cereali caffè gradevole yogurt Prezzi giusti Lo consiglio Vicinissimi agli amici che eravamo andati a trovare. Vicino all uscita dell'autostrada. Hotel provvisto di piscina e parcheggio privato, non rumoroso. Un pochino "Anticoli arredamento.

Sono stato ospite nella struttura dal 27 al 29 settembre, da premettere che al nostro arrivo nessuna comunicazione ci era stata fatta sulla posizione della camera. La camera affaccia su una piscina/locale adibito a ricevimenti, fino alle 02,00 del 28 settembre cibe stata una festa con dj set e musica altissima, ho chiamato alle ore 01,20 la reception ma nessuno rispondeva,la camera 301 posizionata con la testiera sulla gabbia scale ascensore che dalle 07,00 entrava in funzione e quindi un rumore bruttissimo quando si fermava al piano. La mattina del 29 sono sceso per fare colazione, mia moglie febbricitante e rimasta a letto, volevo portarle un caffè dico un caffè mi è stato detto che non era possibile ( nello stesso momento usciva gente con vassoi) alla mia dimostranza mi è stato detto che vi era da pagare un supplemento per il servizio in camera. Da premettere nessuna comunicazione di un eventuale sovrapprezzo e presente in albergo, nessuna comunicazione è presente nella camera o luoghi comuni che dicono che non si può salire un caffè. Il direttore al.momento del pagamento ha detto " lo.salivamo gratis il caffe" mia.moglie ha preferito prenderlo al.bar fuori. DA EVITARE ASSOLUTAMENTE ED ASSICURATEVI CHE NON CI SIANO FESTE ALL'ATTO DELLA PRENOTAZIONE

A Napoli città siamo molto affezionati, ci torniamo ogni volta possiamo, più per le bontà culinarie che ha da offrire la city. In questa occasione abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per partecipare al comicon di Napoli tenutosi alla Fiera d'Oltremare, trovandoci molto bene. A pochi chilometri di distanza con la macchina dal punto a noi d'interesse, quindi comodo, l'hotel è molto accogliente, bella e funzionale la camera, pulita, letto molto comodo, buona colazione e ottima la cena (abbiamo provato il ristorante dell'hotel l'ultima sera). Personale gentile, sempre disponibile; ampio parcheggio per gli ospiti. Ve lo consiglio come punto d'appoggio per eventi a Napoli e/o turismo.

Ancora una volta , ospiti di questa struttura! Questa volta per un cinquantesimo. Cosa dire… atmosfera fantastica, ilposto e’ incantevole e curato nei minimi particolari , Bella la piscina e tutta la struttura. Il servizio e’ ottimo i camerieri tutti gentili e disponibili , vabbè per quanto riguardo la cena , già ci siamo stati diverse volte , ma ancora una volta lo chef Antonio ci ha stupito con piatto nuovi e ben preparati. Aperitivo all’ impiedi e poi tutto servito, dagli antipasti, a finire ai dolci e alla frutta.. Tutto accompagnato da un piano bar ,Bravo, simpatico e divertente. Felicissimi di essere stati ancora vosti ospiti, Grazie ! Ocean club top 💪.
