Le restaurant est excellent, mais l'alcool cher, à 10 chf le verre.

Excellent hotel, superior interiors in terms of design and commodity. The room was quiet and comfortable. Good staff, very good food and good variety of choice for breakfast. Nice area for the kids. Everything was on point, we had a very pleasant stay.

This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. The check in was very fast and easy, rooms are spacious (I was a solo traveler in a standard room), breakfast is 2nd to none, best breakfast I had in years. I don't eat breakfast normally, but I enjoyed it there everyday. 1 minute from the hotel is the train station thst puts you into centeal Locarno within 10 minutes, you can also catch a train to Milan airport from there with just 1 connection in Lugano. The staff is very helpful, I misplaced many keys but they always gave me a new one without problem, I also lost a very important personal item and the cleaning crew helped me find it, they saved my trip and I'm so grateful for the extra step they took here!!!!!! Lastly, in my opinion the highlight of the hotel is their amazing spa, the sauna was the best after a long run each day, they have a very, very good ambiance down there which was the cherry on top of a very pleasant week staying at Dorint. As I have business there I will be staying here exclusively going forward. Good job 👏 👍 👌

Large and modern rooms (top home automation), small balcony, luxury courtesy set, walk in shower and separate toilet, with wellness center, swimming pool and outdoor whirlpool. Elegant and spacious reception/hall; at check in they give you the Ticino ticket with which you can use the transport for free throughout the region, very convenient as the station is right behind the structure. You leave your car in the parking lot and you can walk around peacefully, without worrying about parking or traffic. Trains with Swiss punctuality! Professional and friendly girl at the reception, exceptional sweet and savory breakfast, assisted by the kind Fata. Experience to recommend.

We stayed in Riazzino for a weekend, excellent hotel location and modern. Nice playground for children. The SPA has everything you need. Super friendly staff, we would like to thank Chiara for her service. We will be back for sure.

Nice place but terrible service. Waited 1 hour and 30 minutes to eat. 7 people had alcoholic aperitifs without even a peanut. At dinner the card did not arrive because they did not have any available. When it was time to pay in cash it was not possible because the register was closed and you had to pay with the card. Only 3 waiters at the service and not very organized.

The hotel is absolutely fantastic and impresses with its modern design and high-quality facilities. The first-class spa area is particularly worth mentioning, which ensures perfect relaxation. The rooms are extremely modern and tastefully decorated, but there was a slight smell, probably because the hotel is still relatively new - not a big problem for us. Special thanks go to Mr. Silviu at the reception, who left a lasting impression with his outstanding competence and friendliness. We originally had a complaint about housekeeping, but Silviu dealt with the matter so professionally and efficiently that we immediately forgot about the problem. His service was simply first class! The breakfast was also excellent - there is a large selection, so there really is something for every taste. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and can recommend this hotel without reservation!
