It's a well appointed hotel with comfortable bed and good decoration. It's quite a long walk from the main city attractions buy worst was the noisy and dusty road works outside from 0600. The manager didn't want to talk to us. Why can't hotels be honest an tell you there are works going on? Our car, parked out front is filthy and the hotel weren't interested. Terrible customer service.

El hotel en general está bien, con un servicio amable y un desayuno muy completo. Sin embargo, tuvimos algunos inconvenientes importantes. Debido a unas obras en las calles cercanas, no pudimos acceder en coche al hotel en un primer intento, ya que las calles estaban cortadas. Nos vimos obligados a cargar las maletas durante varias calles, solo para que, al llegar, nos informaran de que si ignorábamos la señal de prohibido el paso por obras, podríamos haber aparcado justo frente al hotel. Este detalle podría haberse comunicado con antelación para evitar molestias innecesarias. Además, al llegar descubrimos que el ascensor no funcionaba, lo que sumó al malestar. En general, una experiencia algo caótica en cuanto a logística.
