A hotel focused only on profit and not on customer satisfaction! I booked a room for 1 night (payment in advance), unfortunately the next day it turned out that my destination in Łódź had been postponed for reasons beyond my control. I asked the hotel to move the date to another date or for a free cancellation or even a partial refund - no response. A company focused on profit of PLN 200 has just lost a frequent visitor to Łódź who could have left much more money in this hotel in the future. I will add that I monitored the availability of rooms and at the time I sent my request, all rooms on booking were sold out, so the hotel would have no problem reselling this room to someone else.
