It feels like it is coming from the late 90's vision of luxury :) Golden door handles, mirrors and red carpets but lacking some cleanliness here and there. There is kind of night club / cocktail bar which was relatively crowded with some conference guests, not my cup of tea.

We had a great time in this hotel in Lodz, we have never been to Poland before didn't know what to expect, but only 15 minutes from the airport in the center of the city is The Ambassador Hotel Premium which is the newer of the 2 Hotels (the other one is the Centrum) which are attached to each other and share some facilities. The staff from the start couldn't do enough for us. We arrived very early at 10.30am but the room was not supposed to be available till 15.00, they gave us our room straight away unfortunately we just missed breakfast. All the reception, restaurant, maids, all had a nice smile and a hello for you. We only had breakfast at the hotel but there was plenty of choice with the hot, cold food and fruit, coffee/tea. The hotel also has a bowling alley in the bar great fun.

Well located, modern, clean hotel with spacious rooms. Good breakfast. At dinner, the options were fewer and not quite to our taste. It was a bit cold in the restaurant and the dim lighting created an atmosphere that was not very pleasant. Overall, a good hotel that I will choose again if I return to the area.

Lovely hotel with friendly staff. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Lot’s of facilities available, shame we didn’t have time to utilise them all. Large range of breakfast options available. Really enjoyed our stay here.

Nasz pobyt w tym hotelu rozpoczął się od widoku łóżka, na którym posłane było za krótkie prześcieradło. Odsłaniało obszar pod poduszkami i nie zasłanialo całego materaca. Cóż nie tylko kołderka bywa za krótka. Jeszcze większy sok przeżyliśmy w restauracji hotelowej w trakcie śniadania. Po zamówieniu jajka po benedyktyńsku otrzymałem - samotne jajko w koszulce leżące na spodeczkiem spod filiżanki . Postanowiłem zapytać się odoby odpowiedzialnej za serwowanie śniadań „co to za potrawa?” Odpowiedz brzmiała Jajko po benedyktyńsku ! Jskiez było moje dalsze zdziwienie, gdy w przypływie szczerości Pani Menadzer stwierdziła, iż moje zamówienie wywołało popłoch w kuchni, gdyż nikt, nigdy takie zamówienia nie składał i kucharze nie potrafią takiego zamówienia zrealizować :). Nie wiem jak Państwo, ale w „4 gwiazdkowym” hotelu w dużym mieście w którego nazwie jest słowo Premium powinno zadbać o prawidłowe wykształcenie osób pracujących w kuchni. A propos, tym samym czasie przebywało wielu zagranicznych gości, biorących udział w konferencji OBWE. Bardzo ciekaw jestem Ich doświadczeń.
