I stayed here for one night as a starting point for going to Chiang Khan. The location is simply the best. There is a 7-Eleven nearby, and a night market and walking street are within a 5-minute walk, so you won't have any trouble finding food. If you check in without using a booking site, it costs 450 baht, so it may be cheaper than going through a booking site. The building is a little old, but the room is clean and spacious, so it's worth more than the price. A 200 baht key deposit is required at check-in. There are almost no taxis running in Loei, so if you are going to Chiang Khan the next day, you can request a taxi at the front desk. The taxi fare was 700 baht per car.

There's a massage parlor right in front of the hotel, and a 7-Eleven just 50 meters away.
Food stalls and restaurants are within walking distance.
However, the plumbing is poor.
