The decoration is beautiful, classic colors, navy blue and white. The staff, from the security guard to the receptionist, are polite and lovely. The shower cream smells great.
The towels are very soft. But should add a few pillows to the room. The pillows are too soft. The mattress is comfortable to sleep on.
Overall, it is considered very good. As for the price, for us, if it were reduced a little, it would be very good. Book through tips for 904 baht, reserve through the counter for 1000 baht. I don't know if you reserved through tips or not, so you get a room with a street view. Not a swimming pool view Can't choose ♥️

OOn The Road AgainThis hotel is an ok place to stay back off the main street a bit but the walk isn’t too bad. The staff was attentive enough and the breakfast was good concerning the price. Bed isn’t so soft but not bad either. Small little balcony in case you are a smoker.

MMichael RobertThe hotel is in a very good location, close to the weekend night market and the food market but in a quiet location next to the park.
The hotel is old and a little bit run-down and probably needs a refurbishment, it is very grand building though.
My wife and I stayed during the cool season (below 20 degrees C in the day) however our room was extremely hot, we had to put the air-con on to the lowest temperature just to cool the room down. I really am not sure where the heat was coming from because as soon as you stepped out of the room you could feel the cool air again.
Anyway other than that the hotel is ok, and good value for money if you are stopping for a short time.

GGuest User2nd time I have stayed, here a few years apart. Nice clean hotel but without any food or drink on site. The coffee shop had no milk.
That being said, I will certainly stay there again when next in Loei.

GGuest UserI went to take the exam for further studies. The room was very nice. There was a swimming pool and a fitness center with a beautiful view. Then that day, my friend got hit by a car and the hotel took him to the hospital without charge. And that day there was no transport back to the hotel, so the hotel came to pick us up without any charge. And the hotel was very kind and even volunteered to take us to the exam at the university. Thank you to the senior officers. Thank you to the manager who took care of me like a businessman. Thank you for your kindness. Finally, what I want to say is that we passed the exam. Yay seniors, the manager is one of the people who make us... I have taken one step forward. Thank you. 🙇♂️🙏

GGuest UserThis hotel is clean. It's also convenient to go for a walk and buy things because it's in the city near the walking street. And it's next to the main road. If anyone comes to relax or come to the cotton flower festival in Loei city, I recommend this hotel.

BbbinthI asked the lady for a quiet room. It was quiet until 12am then I couldn't sleep until 4am because it's so close to a club. The music was so loud. I was going to stay 2 more days but left because of this.
