Escape to serenity to our beautiful cozy little cottage right on the lake with amazing sunset views! Entire home has been remodeled inside. Semi panoramic views of the lake from inside and outside the home Large spacious kitchen that opens up to the living room with an open floor plan Kitchen is well equipped with appliances, cookware and dishware, utensils etc Starter set of paper towel, toilet paper and dish soap is provided. (1 roll toilet paper in each bathroom, 1 paper towel roll, 1 garbage bag) Guests should plan on bringing extra supplies as they need Large Kitchen island with 3 stools along with stool seating behind couch facing the TV on wall 1st floor master bedroom with queen bed connected to master bath Bedroom is somewhat small, but adequate to move freely and sleep for the night in a comfy bed! Master bath has spacious tub and shower 2nd floor loft has 2 queen beds with tv 2 large bean bags open up into extra mattresses for extra sleeping arrangements (great for kids) Steps to the loft are ladder like (small children will need assistance. Not recommended for those with mobility issues) Washer and Dryer Has Fireplace - but it is a nonworking one Premium Beach towels are provided Outside Features Situated in a quiet neighborhood right on the water Cozy screened in porch for sitting and entertaining Firepit (starter set of firewood, lighters, marshmallow sticks provided) Gas BBQ Grill Dock with ladder for swimming (1 dock available - can discuss upon booking) Fish right from the dock! Dock is available for use if renting a boat - please let us know upon booking if you need the dock. PLEASE NOTE: boat is NOT included in this rental - we are happy to refer you to a few boat rental facitilites around the lake) Includes 2 blow up stand up paddle boards (May-October) Privacy Fence in backyard with swing Large front yard Ample parking Close proximity to RT 33, Grocery, Russells Point, Hurleys Farm Market, 20-25 minutes from Mad River Mountain Ski resort!
