When my husband and I arrived at this hotel we were greeted by Romina at the front desk. Romina was absolutely incredible! She recommended a great local restaurant and hailed us a cab. Romina arranged for our laundry to be done even though it was after 1 o’clock on a Saturday afternoon. It wasn’t cheap, but was worth the splurge. The included breakfast was excellent and included an omelet station. The hotel has no A/C or heat which seems to be typical in Equador. A ceiling fan would be a nice addition.
