This hotel is good if you're comfortable staying away from the city center. The hotel is surprisingly easy to get to via the metro. The room itself was really small and there were no closets or trash cans. The breakfast was good and the hotel lobby was nice. This is good place to spend a night or two but for longer stays it is not the best imo. Easy to get to Lille Flanders train center and the city center via metro, around 30min ride.

I knew ibis hotels in the past but it seems things have changedlately. Too basic, the minimum in each room, not welcoming staff at all, they actually seemed bothered. No other languages than french (?). Need to improve at least to go back to what it was in the 90s. Too bad

We spent Sunday night (July 17, 2022) in Ibis Lile Lomme Centre, arrived late at night. Check in&out process was smooth. However, as soon as I arrived at another hotel after checking out, I found out that I left my Foreo face cleansing machine here, I contacted receptionist, unfortunately they haven't found any. I'm quite sure that I left it in the room since I was still using that in the morning before I left. Right after I left the room, there was a room attendant came in to check. Anyway, I know it's a very small chance to find it back, my mistake to forget it there but I do have trust issue with this hotel and low-medium Accor hotel brands in general

Cet hôtel est situé à 25 mn du centre de Lille en métro. Station Mitterie. J’y ai passé plusieurs nuits consécutives en semaine. Le personnel se montre accueillant et serviable. Malheureusement plusieurs points de déception : - J’ai payé plus de 12 euros par jour pour bénéficier du petit déjeuner. Il n’y a jamais eu le moindre contrôle du numéro de chambre. Ça ne donne pas envie de payer pour cette prestation. Une seule machine à café, chefs donc interminable d’attendre vers 07h30/08h - Le bar refuse d’utiliser le coupon de boisson de bienvenue digital sur l’appli alors que c’est l’usage dans tout le groupe Accor. On doit obligatoirement utiliser le bon papier. Pas top pour une marque qui lutte contre le gaspillage et œuvre en faveur de l’eco responsabilité. - Les chambres ne sont pas de la dernière génération ibis, elles ont plus de 10 ans. - Le lit double est composé de 2 lits simples qui s’écartent durant le sommeil et peuvent provoquer une chute. Il faudrait mettre un matelas 2 personnes par dessus les 2 sommiers, et pas uniquement un sur matelas trop fin. - L’ascenseur est sale et mal éclairé. Je ne recommande pas cet établissement.

Très bon séjour de 2 nuits. Excellent accueil, personnel charmant et avenant. Chambre plutôt spacieuse pour 3 et propre, côté cour vraiment très calme. Petit déjeuner varié, de bonne qualité et copieux! Très bonne qualité des plats du restaurant! Je recommande vraiment.

un hotel à taille humaine avec un super accueil Très gentils et serviables . chambres très propres et bonne literie. Attention la douche est très glissante du moins pour ma vieille personne. Parking privatisé avec recharge. A 100 m du métro. Petit déjeuner très copieux. Nous avons mangé le soir au restaurant tout é-à fait convenable avec des pris démocratique

Hôtel situé sur la ville de Lomme, toute proche de Lille. Parking disponible à 8 euros. Super pratique car l’hôtel est à une minute d’une station de métro . Chambre spacieuse, bien insonorisée, propre avec une très bonne literie. Le petit déjeuner est copieux Le personnel est très agréable
