We had a lovely time at De Vossemeren on our second visit there. The accommodation was clean and spacious with very comfortable beds. We mostly ate in the cabin but we enjoyed visiting the Grand Cafe and Frites Affaire. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and were able to speak to us in English as well as letting us practise speaking Dutch. We can't wait to visit again.

We stayed here for 10 nights in August, and I can honestly say, the entire family loved it. I am struggling to understand the negative reviews. There is lots to do here, our kids were never bored that's for sure. There are quite a few activities that you pay extra for, however we allowed for this in our budget. Having said that there are things like discovery bay, which was so much fun for the kids, and free - top tip put the kids in swimwear for visiting this! The pool is great fun we spent a lot of time here! My husband and 2 of the kids did the aqua Park course which was 15 euros per person, but they were on there for an hour so this was really good value and they said it was brilliant. Everything is easily bookable online, including restaurant reservations. Every staff member we interacted with was helpful, and 90% of them spoke excellent English. I would recommend evergreenz the buffet restaurant, especially if you have fussy eaters as there really is something for everyone. We were so busy while here we actually only spent 1 day off-site, and that was to visit efteling theme park in the Netherlands (well worth a visit) Our accomodation was clean and comfy, and we were able to walk to the center of everything pretty easily, but you can rent bikes or golf carts if you don't fancy the walk - although the golf carts are not cheap. We had an excellent experience and our kids have already asked when can we go back! Which says it all really.

At the end of July, we stayed in a newly refurbished premium lodge for 6 on the main lake by the bridge, this was great as was a 5/10 min walk from the main centre to the lodge with a beautiful view and close to the beach on the edge of the lake The lodge was well equipped, with bed linen, a good kitchen, clothes airer and a broom to sweep up during your stay. Outside we had a large table with chairs , parasol, and 2 sun loungers. (There is no air-conditioning, so bring a fan with you as the lodge did get quite warm) This was our first trip to Centre Parcs outside of the UK and it didn't disappoint. It's set out very much like Elveden Forest. The swimming pool has the normal rapids, a few slides, waves, lazy river, and baby/toddler area. We had pre booked some activities before we arrived. The laser battle inside Discovery Bay was so much fun, the teenagers and adults in our group loved it! We also enjoyed the escape room (pricey, but so are the ones in the UK) The AquaPark, Archery, Farm, and Paddleboarding were also good. The only activity we did, that disappointed us was the Wild Water Rapids (for children up to 16yrs) we thought this suited younger children no older than 11 or 12yrs. Our 13 and 16 year olds found it slow and boring. The Alpca walk was cancelled due to thunderstorms but we had a refund onto the wristbands to spend during our stay. All other activities went ahead even in the rain which was good as I had read mixed reviews on this. If you have allergies or food intolerances make sure you pack plenty of food as the restaurants don't cater well for this. The shop onsite does sell a small range of Gluten Free staples. It was easy enough to drive on and off site to nip out to local supermarket or to do a day trip into Holland or Belgium. I would definitely return to De Vossemeren.

We left early from our stay as there where too many problems with the park. We arrived at your park on the 1/7/24. We got our bands and went to the accommodation. After taking our clothes inside we put our van back in the car park and went for dinner in the market dome. We first went to the grand cafe and enquired about a gluten free meal for myself as I have a gluten free diet due to having celiac disease. The waitress went and checked with the chef and came back and said they would only be able to do a salad or a beef dish, when I asked what the beef dish was she couldn’t tell me anything other than it has beef in it. We decided to have a look and see what else there was, the buffet told us they wouldn’t be able to do any gluten free food, then the grill restaurant was shut. We enquired at nonnas Italian and they said the only gluten free thing they could make is pizza, we struggled with the menu as it was in Dutch and no English alternative available, so being tired and hungry we decided to have dinner there. The pizzas were mediocre at best and definitely not worth the money. The 2nd nite we seen that grill restaurant fuggos would be opened that nite so booked a table online, when booking we wrote in Dutch translated from Google to Dutch about 1 of our party being gluten free. When we arrived I told the server about being gluten free and orders steak and chips and I asked was the steak gluten free and was the chips gluten free and was told yes twice. The food arrived, the steak was of a poor quality for the price, after eating it I started to feel sick, I can tell when I have digested gluten and had definitely digested it there. My daughter got a burger which was 25 euro and looked like a rustler microwave burger. We were disappointed that the only thing I could eat at the park and not get unwell was pizza. We went to the Italian a 2nd nite and it’s pizza worst than the first, we seamed to get seated outside when every other guest got seated inside I don’t know the reason for this but on the first nite 1 of the servers mentiond it was because I was gluten free. I don’t see what I would be seated outside because of this?? My partner went in to fittes affairs to ask about gluten free and the chef came out and told her the only thing they can do is the chips, the second my partner turned around they pulled faces to each other and began talking in Dutch I know this because I was watching them from outside the restaurant. Our lodge was bad, the beds where like sleeping on the floor and pillows where like bean bags. We had mantinance out twice, once fixing the dish washer and then the heating. There was a water drainage pipe leading on to our patio area which ruined the outside seating area for us as we couldn’t sit out on the table and chairs. The park is very dangerous as there is too many cars driving around no one stops at the crossings even if you are on the crossing not even the members of staff stop. The golf buggy’s are very d

Lovely family trip, stayed in the 5 bed VIP cottage, which was fantastic so much space for the whole family. Pool was a hit with the all ages, as was discovery bay. The lady with the long red hair (sorry we didn’t get her name) was great with the kids during shelter building and pony experience. The whole site was spotless and well look after. We will be returning!!

I stayed with friends in a 4 bed apartment for 3 nights. I was disappointed with the accommodation. When we arrived there was a foul smell coming from the kitchen sink. We reported it, but the issue wasn't fully resolved. There was no toilet roll in the bathroom so we had to buy our own from the onsite shop. There was only 1 pillow on each bed. There was no soap in the bathroom. No washing-up liquid in the kitchen. The instructions for recycling showed 4 colour-coded bins but we had 3 bins of different colours so we didn't know what/how to recycle. We bought breakfast from the market shop each day, there was fresh bakery and fresh orange juice but there was no coffee vending machine.
