The studio is not clearly presented. It mentions it is possible for 3 people to sleep in the studio and it is too little for that. It is not a futon that is proposed but a little folded bed, which is not appropriate for an adult. The room cannot be locked from the inside. Then, anyone can enter the studio if he knows the code. It does not feel safe. It is not clean : much dust under the bed. The heating system is not adapted to a small room : it is a reversible climate control system and it makes huge draught. In short, a very uncomfortable studio.
