"Polite staff. Room was nice and quite, as requested. Very clean bathroom. Rudely awoken from the other guest shouting in the hallway, this went on for 2 hour!!! 12:30am until 02:30. Staff apologetic but nothing more done."
"I only stayed for the night so my review can’t be as detailed. But, it was a decent place to stay the night in. Wasn’t loud during the night and the staff were friendly. Room and bathroom were more spacious than I thought it’d be. Only issue was the cleanliness as the TV remote was really dusty and clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a long while. Kettle also seemed to be quite old and a bit dirty. The sockets also had some kind of smelly substance around it which immediately grossed me out. Will still give it a 6.5/10"
"It was really nice to stay here.
You can have a delicious breakfast every day at an overwhelmingly cheaper price than central London!
It is also attractive to have a refrigerator and microwave in the room.
Hair dryer was available for rental!
Compact but clean, and you have everything you need.
The staff are really friendly and helpful to everyone.
The bus stop was in front of me, and the road to the station for about 15 minutes was easy to walk and comfortable."
"Okay location. Relatively close to the station. The area is nice and quiet but a bit dark and lonely to walk in at night. Great comfortable beds pillows and amenities. The room was very clean. Just wished they had A.C. conveniently located and priced."
"Not a bad stay but a few issues.
Stayed in a single room on the ground floor.
Linens were clean.
The room was not bad except that the room smelled like cigarettes.
The toilet and shower room were shared, but the washbasin was in the room, which was convenient.
The problem was the hotel Wi-Fi.
I wanted to connect some devices to Wi-Fi, but for some reason I couldn't connect.
The receptionist's smartphone was able to connect to Wi-Fi, so I wasn't sure why I couldn't connect.
After all, it came to be connected suddenly after the next morning.
Even so, sometimes I couldn't connect, and it was stressful.
We enjoyed English breakfast in buffet style.
The location is near the bus stop.
Wembley Stadium is about 40 minutes on foot, and it is within walking distance."
"The hotel is not that far but around 40 min by metro to any place in the center, so is still but you need to count with that extra travel time in your holidays schedule.
About the hotel, the rooms are quite good and clean. Just smalls toilets and showers but as almost all hotels around. I would just say that is in a roundabout so kite busy and cars noice if your windows are open, if not is ok.
The personal was really kind and seems they are 24hours in the place and quite disponible.
We stayed two nights and they gave given new towers for the second day.
The neighborhood is calm around, but with supermarkets and restaurants.
Definitely, a good price quality relation."
"We were attending an event at Wembley Stadium, and this hotel was perfect as it is a 5 min walk from the stadium and made our evening so much easier. It was very expensive for one night as the prices were put up for the concert, which was a bit disappointing. We were also slightly disappointed with the breakfast as the only options available were continental, which was not what we paid for. However, all in all we were impressed with the fantastic rooms which were lovely and the hotel generally is very clean, well decorated and a great place to sleep, and would definitely consider coming back!"
"The reception staff were really lovely, I don't get there until late , I didn't have a charger for my phone I think her name was Abbie (not sure) she was very helpful and lent me her own personal charger for the night .
Also my remote control for my TV was missing she went and found me one.
Gave me directions to a fab pizza place ."
"The hotel was very clean and comfortable. It is conveniently located just a few minutes’ walk from Wembley Park Station, and the surrounding area is quiet and pleasant. I would certainly consider staying at this hotel again on my next visit to London."
"The hotel service is warm, clean, and tidy, with cozy and spacious rooms. The hotel's location is excellent, and the housekeeping staff are also very friendly. The front desk sister is also warm and welcoming. The room prices are very reasonable! Gained more than one comfortable and enjoyable stay, as well as worldly fireworks."
TTak ChengLocation is good, apartment is spacious and clean. Some hiccup during checkin as the host did not give instructions to reception that online checkin has been completed so it took longer than necessary.
GGuest UserCan’t fault the location of this hotel if you’re visiting either Wembley Stadium or Wembley Arena both in walking distance which is why we booked it. Other hotels nearby were £300-£400 plus, we paid £190 for our room, for that you get no frills, by that I mean a clean bed and towels but no toiletries. The stickyback plastic covering had come away from the bottom of the shower. The floorboards creaked badly when you walked around the room (felt sorry for the people underneath) and the carpet had clearly seen better days. A nice long mirror in the room but no plugs nearby to do your hair or make up. Lighting not efficient for either of those tasks, wall light barely hanging on the wall and the general look of the room was very dated and shabby. For the money we expected a nicer room than we got and with a little money and effort it could have been. So for us not a particularly pleasant stay.
苏苏The location of the hotel is relatively good, nearby is the queen's park station, nearby killburn is very convenient for eating and supermarkets, the room is on a relatively quiet side road.
The hotel is a house remodeled, there are about 11 rooms, each room has its own bathroom and kitchen. Our room is very small, very small, almost impossible to open the suitcase (other rooms seem to be ok), and the dust on the ground is relatively large, we bring our own slippers, we change slippers when we return to the room, I think the landlord did not mop the floor , After taking a shower, the house is full of footprints. The hotel provides shampoo, shower gel and hand sanitizer.
Of the four hangers, one of them is still torn. It may be a hanger that the tenants bought clothes before, and there is no place to hang the clothes after washing. There is no way to completely put down the curtains. The quality of the bed is relatively poor, and the bed is stiff after 5 days of staying in the UK.
