I had an easy and smooth check in with Jan. Jan had professional customer service skills and accommodated our needs. We had good and quiet sleep in Park Royal. Room was very clean. Parking facilities were well priced and we enjoyed nutritious breakfast.

Started bad but got much better when I met Anita On day 3 my room still hadn’t been serviced after being requested to no avail. Until I had the pleasure of meeting and dealing with Anita who promised me she would rectify the problem the next morning. As promised she went above and beyond for me so the 5 stars is for her only !!

No water at all . No lock in toilet . Noisy as train track outside the room . Elevator not working .and no refund yet

Tota and Po were excellent, and were always on point and prompt with any queries. I asked a question about bookings and they went out of their way to help and assist me. I would recommend Tota and Po and Park Royal Travelodge, and would definitely stay here again.

I would rate my experience four out of five the hotel room was extremely clean. The staff were very attentive, considerate and extremely helpful. There was a couple of stuff who great at their job and deserving honourable mention Manisa, Anita,Jan, Po

Grateful for Tota’s help during my stay. She handled my queries and demands very professionally. I was generally satisfied with my stay. Some improvements to be made but I want to give a positive review for Tota, she was kind enough to help and is an asset to the business.
