Booked this the night before a concert. Overall it has good transit access. The Piccadilly line is right next door. If coming to Wembly I’d definitely stay here. Pillows were a little too soft and the noise the next morning got a little loud but other than that I enjoyed my stay

Hotel is good and staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is located very close to an underground station, but the station itself is not conveniently located.

The Indian woman at the front desk is very impolite. She can't understand English at all, and she looks like we can't understand English. Practice your oral skills more. I'm in England, not in India. You're here to work, not to be a boss, and you don't know what you're arrogant about. And she was not wearing work clothes. When we came in, we thought it was not a hotel but a restaurant. We had travelled to many countries and stayed in Hilton hotels. We had never been treated like this. We felt offended.

Hotel room size is decent, however the noise insulation is quite bad. I could hear people walking and talking loud in the corridor in the morning which affected my sleeps. Also we found a sim card on the bed when we checked in, that’s a bit weird. Breakfast is nice too have a wide range of food to choose from, they refilled the food quite quickly.

Room was quiet and clean but somewhat small. Complimentary breakfast is good. Location of hotel, while not in central London, is very convenient. Underground Piccadilly line Park Royal stop is very closed by.
