Premier Inn London Hanger Lane

I have used Premier Inn hotels for over 20 years now and this hotel reminds me of those hotels that i used all those years ago. It is very dated in the main although I did see that they are upgrading some rooms so hopefully through a rolling process the whole hotel will eventually be upgraded. My room number 204, was a large room and clean enough, although again it was dated, only 1 stain on the carpet. The bathroom was clean and the bed as comfortable as any other Premier Inn. The tv was tiny and not a smart tv that they have in the newer hotels. The breakfast was the typical fayre for Premier Inn so a good start to the day. The staff were all pleasant enough but particularly Indu who looked after us each morning of our stay, she was very attentive and helpful and a pleasure to talk to, a credit to the hotel. Overall it was a nice stay but the biggest downside for me is that it is a bit far out of the centre of London requiring a longish return tube journey, although it is only 5 minutes from the central line station to the hotel.

Awful dirty tired hotel with construction work going on which didn’t help. Dirty bedroom and bathroom with tiny tv and black silicone round the bath. V little in the hospitality tray not even a biscuit. Wanted to charge an extra £12 to check in a few minutes before 3pm.
