Overall it is fine. Certain staff are the standout feature of this hotel. In particular Judith who runs the breakfast in the restaurant - what a lovely human she is l! Premier Inn keep hold of this angel. She is a perfect example of customer services. So accommodating and genuinely cares. Also the young lady who seemed to be in charge of the restaurant on the evening of Weds 28th Aug. I wish I'd got her name. What a lovely, accommodating, genuinely nice person to encounter as we got in after a long nightmare journey to the hotel. Food was lovely at both dinner and breakfast. I was really impressed with the options at the breakfast buffet. I was able to find something for all 4 of us fussy eaters. Even had Alpro soya milk available which made my morning! Really comfy big beds but the smaller bed in the Family room was not at all comfortable and squeaky when the occupant moved around. Our room on the 6th floor felt clean but tired. I hope the rooms are due for refurbishment soon as this could be a lovely place to stay. Views from the higher floors are amazing. It was nice and quiet for us. Great shower in the morning. Good amount of complimentary shower gel and soap, clean towels but bathroom feels tired and a little rough. Not unclean, just needs better maintaining. Parking outside the hotel is nice and easy, and free which is why I booked here. I would stay here again but do feel the prices are too high considering the condition of our room. As my daughter said "they wouldn't get full payment on Four In A Bed"!

Spent two nights, got a corner room 801 which provided a spectacular view of central London. This location was refurbished so everything was in excellent condition. The breakfast was excellent typical English breakfast in a lovely ambience. A great experience for the value 👌.

Always stay in this hotel for our visits to London. Staff are very friendly & welcoming and are always helpful suggesting places for us to go. Hotel is clean, beds are comfy & we always get a good nights sleep. Breakfast is good. The surrounding area is good for different food places. We would highly recommend this hotel for stays in London.

We stayed in this hotel on the weekend of February 7th-9th. We had a very comfortable stay and felt the hotel was great value for money. The front of house staff when we checked in upon arrival were very friendly and welcoming and made us feel right at home. The room on floor 5 was very spacious clean and quiet while the bed was super comfortable ensuring two very sound night’s sleep. We enjoyed our breakfasts and our two evening meals. Jenny the chief made sure we had all we needed at breakfast and was very attentive to all our needs making sure we had all we needed. A welcoming and friendly host which made all the difference as we started our day. Thank you Jenny and also thanks for the lovely porridge you made us! So overall a great hotel to stay in and we look forward to a return visit on our next trip to the area. Would recommend without hesitation.

This was a nice hotel stay. The new room on 4th floor was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I especially appreciated the friendly service from Vijay at the reception desk. He was always willing to go the extra mile to make sure that I had everything that I needed. The hotel is also conveniently located near many shops nearby also the train station at 10 minutes walk. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable stay.
