Heathrow
Come to the UK, the Holiday Inn stayed near the airport before returning home. The overall is good, the environment, the service is good, the breakfast is just like the hotel, the hotel has the Shuttle bus to Heathrow Airport, very convenient for going to the airport.

The hotel claims itself as four-starred standard but to me, they just provide a three-starred service. First, no fridge was provided in the room unless upon request, and the fridge was not cold enough which made the milk rotten. Secondly, water coming from the shower head was weak and was not hot enough. Third, I found yellowish stain on one of the pillows. Most of the personal items, such as slippers, comb could only be provided upon request. Finally, tissue was not refilled after room cleaning on the last day of stay. Apart from the above, the hospitality service was fine.

Holiday Inn London - Sutton

Our normal IHG Hotel was nearly fully booked therefore the price was prohibitive. We therefore took the opportunity to try for the first time the Sutton Hotel. All the staff that we met either on the reception or restaurant were friendly, helpful and professional. The Hotel has full amenities including swimming pool, and although we did not use any, except the restaurant, everything looked excellent. Our queen’s standard room was ok but there were a few marks and stains on the carpet, plastic cups in the bathroom, no box of tissues and few plug sockets. All these things are noticed in comparison to our normal hotel at Epsom Downs. It is however true to say that this Hotel had a very good restaurant on sight which Epsom does not. Therefore there is no doubt we will certainly stay here again in the future.

Staying in the executive room, unexpected satisfaction, I knew that I would not change other hotels, and I would be OK with a big child. Suitable for free travel, high cost performance, convenient and fast subway travel, jubilee line direct or transfer line to the city center in 30 minutes. Heathrow Airport to the hotel 3.1 pounds.

This was our second night at this hotel as we had enjoyed our visit so much we stayed longer than originally planned. All was good, as previously reviewed, except that on this occasion we had little sleep due to constant noise from outside the hotel which went on until it was almost morning. It was a Friday night though, so probably to be expected given the hotel’s location. We should have taken earplugs! We would certainly stay here again, but maybe not at the weekend.
