I went back to London to attend the graduation ceremony. It is close to the subway station and there is a bus stop nearby, which is quite convenient. The location is in the office building of Paddington, which is very suitable for business trips and travel.

The hotel is next to Paddington Station, close to the Hammersmith Circle Line entrance, across the river. The room is bigger than expected, the box can be opened enough, and the umbrella can be opened. Overall, the price/performance ratio is good, a bit cheaper than the one in Paddington. Facilities: The place where the room card is inserted is not sensitive, the bathroom has a little smell and I don't know where the exhaust fan switch is, and the sofa is very soft. Although the pictures look average, the actual room is relatively large among hotels of the same price in the UK. The overall decoration is relatively new, and there is even a fresh air system.
The bathroom is also unexpectedly large, with a hair dryer and bathroom separated, which is quite convenient for two people.
The restaurant is closed in September, so you don't have to book breakfast if you haven't come yet. You can also refund if you have booked.

Good room with comfortable bed although very high for a 5'3" 77 year old. Staff very friendly especially Amina (?) who was working a double shift. I had a room with a bath but it proved to be difficult to get into and even more difficult to get out of! Didn't have breakfast as there was a M&S nearby.

We stayed at this hotel before and thought the service wasn't that great. Usually there are water taps to refill bottles and we can get plant milk, but at this Premier Inn none of this was possible. This time, we had had a horribly delayed journey, travelling 17 hours and arrived exhausted on our anniversary. When we arrived at reception we were greeted by Eli, who was super friendly. We had a nice chat with him. We explained to him about our horrible journey and mentioned that it was our anniversary, asking if we could upgrade to a Premier Plus room. He checked with his manager and on his return he not only upgraded my partner and me to a Premier Plus room, but also threw in a free breakfast for the both of us and my partner's mum who travelled with us. It made such a big difference to have Eli's kindness and positivity and we honestly felt a little overwhelmed. Eli definitely deserves recognition for his great attitude and friendly and proactive service.

Great location clean and comfortable beds would use this hotel again as it was well priced and located very close to Paddington station. Easy to get to central London for our family trip to see the lights and explore. The hotel is clean and manned with pleasant staff. Restaurant downstairs is small but not somewhere we visited
