Located 10-15min walk from Earls Court and High Street Kensington in a quiet and lovely neighbourhood. Staff are friendly and rooms are spacious! There is also a garden and free laundry facilities

- Great location, a couple of minutes to Earls Court station with plenty of eatery. Reasonable room size.
- Sincere staff providing swift response
- Room is clean and spacious. But cleaning is not daily and the tiny tiny bin in the bathroom is very inconvenient
- Lack of desk surface to put things on, no luggage stand and no fridge

Such an interesting apart hotel, starting from the design of the rooms ending with bar and restaurant on the ground floor. The girl at the reception desk was very kind and gave us the room with the garden view. There was almost everything you need for the perfect stay. Even ironing board. We liked the curtains shielded us from the morning sunlight.
The only negative point was that the shower in the bathtub was fixed by the chain and the ring to the wall (?) — very inconvenient. Also the water was draining barely. 8,5 / 10!

We found rubbish left in toilet rubbish bin on arrival. Table and bedside desk with water stain. But bed is ok clean. A tiny pantry inside room and the hotel have a beautiful restaurant on lobby floor. Staff at reception is good and attentive. No daily housekeeping but you can ask for some service upon request.

What a great surprise to find this gem between Earl’s Court n Kensington. Design is great. Very new decor, rooms v big value for money. Best of all there’s a pretty garden where u can order food. Perfect for summer

Great location. Friendly front desk staff. Hotel has a bar and small restaurant with good options and seating areas. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend!

Location is great. Place is aesthetically amazing. The staff were helpful and friendly. The only bad thing about the room is the ventilation. So the whole room will smell for a long while after you cook. Even if you open your windows. Sometimes I can smell my neighbour’s cooking. So pls standby fabric spray for your clothes. The food options at the restaurant is limited. But the pizza is good! Would also be great if guests can enjoy discounts when we dine at the restaurants. Also love that the laundry is free to use as well.
