So this is not a review of the hotel…. But I happened to walk by the hotel and I was hungry for Italian and knew there was an Italian restaurant inside (“Paper Moon”). I was enthusiastically greeted by a doorman, who walked me to a concierge, who walked me to one restaurant, and then the host there walked me to the Italian restaurant, where no less than three wait staff waited on me. The food was delicious. This was incredible service for a guy who just strolled in off the street. I can’t imagine the attention they must give to their actual hotel guests. I’ll definitely stay here my next trip to London. You might think it’s a snobby place - but the opposite. I walked into the doors and they treated me like a VIP. What an incredibly trained staff. Wow.
