I’m going to start by saying this is the best hotel we have ever stayed at, and we’ve stayed at some very nice Four Seasons and Ritz Reserves in the past. It’s relatively new and there were zero defects to be seen anywhere, whether it was in the room or the common areas. This hotel has a great location, very attentive staff, fascinating history, amazing rooms, and probably the best spa we’ve ever had the pleasure of using. Their English breakfast was great as well. It’s expensive of course, so I think of it as a special occasion stay. I recommend this place without any hesitation.
