Overall, the experience was satisfactory. However, the accommodation was not equipped with a window, which was somewhat surprising. I checked my reservation again, and it was indeed with a window. The lack of bread in the breakfast and the absence of an egg as it was an English breakfast?
Rooms cups were not clean.

I found the location convenient only aspects that weren't really convenient was the parking which you had to pay for and weren't reimbursed and it would have been nice if the room had a fan being that it was warm and stagnant and the one working elevator. Other than that, everything else was ok.

Stayed 2 nights with my daughter.
Staff friendly and helpful. Room size ok. Breakfast included with good variety.
Safe and quiet area , transports available 1 -3 min walking. Spotless.
Free use of gym.

Good budget/mid-range hotel in central location. Lovely welcoming staff who kindly upgraded me. Unfortunately heating wasn't working in my room so I was a bit cold but I'm sure they would have changed my room if I had asked.

Really bad experience. Bed linen was not changed. Visible hair and wrinkles on the bed linen from the previous user. Upon my request they moved me to a different room, however the situation was similar with an unchanged bed linen. One side of the bed was wrinkled and the other side was ok so I remained In the room used the unused side of the bed. Didn’t want to move my things again to a different room and I was suspecting the same scenario.
This morning I complained at the reception staff called Mohamed and he agreed to email me after discussing this issue with him manager , but I have heard from him.
