The most comfortable two night stay in the hub. Every necessity provided in a compact space. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Hairdryer wasn't working and one was provided immediately. Would definitely recommend as a base to explore the many delights of Camden.

Really great design of room - compact but not crowded and there was everything you needed within arm's reach. Very good location, near Mornington Crescent and Camden Town underground stations, walking distance to St Pancras and King's Cross (20 min). Staff extremely helpful, made sure I got a good room away from the lift and with a window. Breakfast was peaceful and well-stocked. I had the continental and it was a good selection of fruit, yoghurt and pastries. Free tea and coffee at all hours of the day.

False advertising, saying they had parking and they don't so we had to drive around trying to locate a carpark when we got there. Its stressful enough driving through London then having to deal with that. The bathroom sink plug was broken so we were unable to use it and the shower head was also broken. Reception lady was very polite and helpful and the bedroom was lovely and clean and comfortable otherwise

Just what we needed. Was in Camden for a gig and made sense to stop over. Greeted by a smiley human, room was clean and had all we needed. The hand-wash and shower wash smelt lovely! No parking but the Premier Inn website suggested a reasonably priced and safe car park just down the road.

My stay at the Premier Inn Hub in Camden was truly outstanding. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by Sarah and Mahisa, whose exceptional customer service made a lasting impression. They went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable and valued throughout my stay. The hotel itself was clean, modern, and conveniently located, making it the perfect choice for my visit. Thanks to the wonderful experience and the amazing staff, I would definitely choose to stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

The whole experience with the hotel was perfectly fine. I'd like to express my gratitude to a girl at the reception desk who provided me with friendly and welcoming service while checking in. Unfortunately, I don't remember the name of the girl, but I do remember the date of my arrival. It was in the evening on the 27th of February 2025. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

I would 100% stay here again. We have had a series of disappointing hotel stays in the US and this hotel made me feel good about the world of the hospitality industry again. We stayed in a bigger room for nine days, travelled with FOUR suitcases and the room worked perfectly. While generally speaking I can always find something to complain about :) I really can't with this hotel stay :) We WILL book here again the next time we come to the UK.

The hotel was great and the room was bigger than we were expecting. The bed was very comfortable but could have done with 2 pillows each rather than just one ( no spares in room to use) and the bathroom was lovely. The only thing that let it down was no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. It was available downstairs in the bar but no good if you want it when you wake up and don’t want to get dressed an go downstairs to bring back up to room
