Comfortable hotel within walking distance of Oxford St and Bakerloo line. Stayed in the larger room so more space. Room had no window but was quiet. Breakfast was comprehensive and tasty. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would stay again.

First visit to a hub premier inn and it exceeded expectations. Location was absolutely fantastic with many tube/train stations in walking distance. Check in was a breeze, using one of the self-serve machines. My room was on the 1st floor and was lovely. Plenty of space and super clean and modern. Breakfast was great, not quite as much on offer as usual premier inns but more than sufficient especially at a discounted price. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel for being based in London.

All round 10/10 stay! We stayed one night and was the comfiest bed and really good if you are on a budget. All the staff are lovely and so helpful and there is someone available at all times. Would highly recommend to people of all ages. Will be staying again!!

I would recommend this hotel. It's spotlessly clean, staff are helpful and security was great as you need a key to access lifts and floors. Unlimited coffee from the machine was a nice touch. Room was small but big enough. Very modern with cool lighting panel. Extremely comfortable bed and bedding. Location is a few mins walk to the nearest tube station.

Have stayed in many other premier inn hubs across London, and I must say that this one in Marylebone wasn't great compared to the others. Whilst it's in a good location and the reception area is nice and clean, there are a few things which made our stay not very enjoyable. We arrived at the hotel around 15 minutes before 3 pm and were told to sit down and wait for check-in to open. Staff were just hoovering around, and the queue to check in was getting bigger and bigger. Thus creating a significant wait to get the room key. All the other hubs I've stayed in and have been more than accommodating, and I have never had this issue before. The light panel above my head in the room was illuminated all night, meaning that my sleep wasn't all that great. The air conditioning is rubbish, too. Blowing out warm air even when you programme it to be cold. Whilst there is a very small window, this was frosted over, meaning at times it felt quite claustrophobic inside the room despite it being the bigger room. I also noticed that the door downstairs, separating the bar area, and the lifts going upstairs to guests' rooms was open a lot of the time and wedged open with a door stop. I noticed this door was clearly marked as a fire door, meaning that it should be shut at all times no matter what. All in all I probably wouldn't stay again. To many issues and much better hubs located elsewhere in London.

Godfrey at the reception was absolutely great. So helpful, polite in explaining in full details the hotel amenities, the surroundings and where to grab a bite. Really great customer service, felt home immediately. Would highly recommend this cozy hotel when visiting London

Nice hotel but the lights in the headboard in the room don’t turn off, so we had a luminous green light above our heads all night and the control panel by our heads also stays lit up, which made for a very bad night sleep. We will be contacting the hotel for a refund.
