Hotel is easy to pass by, but the 10th floor bar is worth visiting. Lots of light, although the views in that part of the city are not strong. Great cocktails, underwhelming food. Staff were friendly and helpful, but who chose their uniforms?!

Oasis of quiet in central Mayfair. Excellent service, restaurants and gym. Stayed for three nights for business during the holiday crush and really enjoyed the tranquility. A real contrast from many other hotels in the area which can be overwhelmed with guests and tourists.

I loved the hotel. Everything was perfect. The room, nicely decorated and with gorgeous details. The service that was perfect from the beginning to the end. The spa where the massage was great. The breakfast. And the location. I had a great time and will come back.

Service at restaurant needs training, forgets orders. Room 206 ( suite) very noisy because of construction outside (catastrophic!). No apologies after our complain. Food quality at the restaurant for lunch very good. Highlight they have is the roof rop bar

From start to finish this place is exemplary. Service and friendliness bundled up with assistance is great. It’s pure class on so many fronts. The rooms are like a treasure trove with hidden gems all over the place in innocuous containers. From macrons to tv remotes. The Japanese toilet that beckons you with light in the middle of the night. The breakfast was sensational in option and delivery. We’re still here so looking forward to our next couple of days

I'am very disappointed with the service of the staff,when I arrived at the hotel the doorman was on the phone instead of greeting me and helping me,I laughed at him after he realized ande finally came to meet me I asked him something he didn't know of course after I get to the reception there were also two girls busy on there phones and laughing,then when I went to the room with the porter a blond boy was chewing gum and didn't say anything I entered to the room he didn't explain nothing about the room facilities and he felt my luggage I the middle of room without asking me where to put them,nothing compares to the hotel in knightsbridge

I drive a Land Rover Defender. They say it is too high for their garage. They sent me to a garage 1 kilometer away. To park on my own. It took me 35 minutes to go back and forth, walking back in the rain for 20 back (it was impossible to find taxis in the rain). I returned soaking wet. They expect me to do that every time I arrive or leave the hotel. 35 minutes twice a day, or more than an hour every day. For $1,500 per night. Completely ruined my stay. This is not what you expect of the Mandarin Oriental brand. A disgrace to the brand. Don't go there if your drive a Defender or a similar car.

Amazing hotel , a hidden gem with a boutique hotel feel but with exceptional service. Lovely rooms, fantastic Akira Back restaurant , great bar and a calming and relaxing spa. As always superb Mandarin Oriental staff providing top level service. Looking forward to a return visit.
