Premier Inn London Bank (Tower)

The staff were amazingly helpful as it appeared to be short staffed in the evening. Special mention for Simra and Shamin who were courteous and professional through out our stay. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Many thanks and would highly recommend. 😊

Good premier inn. Good location clean and comfortable. Staff where nice. And kept our bags before and after our stay. There is a restaurant but we didn't use it. Is a short walk from the underground. And the river is close as is the tower of London and Tower Bridge

This is our favourite PI when staying in London, and this stay has been excellent. Prior to our stay i emailed the hotel requesting a larger room as our two children are older now and family rooms are sometimes very small with the king size bed and two singles squished in. The response from the hotel was great and as we had booked “a room with a view” we were reserved a large room on the top floor, which has recently been refurbished. Check in at 3pm was busy as expected, the self service machines weren’t working but the staff were great at getting everyone booked in, and there were cold drinks to help ourselves to while we waited which was very welcomed. The room was lovely, large and clean. We asked for extra pillows at reception which were brought out straight away. We ate in the Thyme restaurant both nights - booked via reception - as our children like the food and it is really convenient. We had lovely meals there both nights and were well looked after by Shamin. On the Saturday might he was on his own and flew round the restaurant ensuring everything went smoothly. Breakfast was also well organised and delicious.

Excellent hotel, friendly staff, convent location within very close distance to Sky Garden, Tower of London and Tower Bridge. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from Monument underground Station. We also found a great Indian restaurant literally on the doorstep of the hotel, "The India" is definitely worth a visit if you like a curry. If you book via their website you will receive a 25% discount. I have reviewed them separately. There are other local pubs and restaurants but because the area is in the financial district they may not have normal opening hours.
