Great B&B to stay in so close to Victoria Station & in the heart of Belgravia. Very pleasant, quiet area with nice coffee shops & cafes. Staff very friendly. There is a 24 hr front desk. Continental breakfast or an a la carte cooked off site breakfast. We tried the different options & both excellent. The room was very clean, with ironing board & iron & hair dryer in cupboard. Tea, coffee & biscuits provided & bottled water in the fridge provided. The bed was very comfortable & a great size. The bathroom had all we needed but it was the only thing that reduced our rating - dated, sink & shelf above toilet cracked, taps & plug holes corroded. With new fittings it would have been perfection

The staff was so excellent in their service because one offered me a water coffee & tea even if I am just sitting in the lobby and the other helped me to print out my tickets.

酒店地理位置特別好，離維多利亞站3-5分鐘的步行距離。另外攜程有幾個一日遊的匯集點也在維多利亞汽車站台，所以特別方便。房間設施都比較齊全，有冷空調，水壺等; 周邊環境也不錯，晚上很安靜。

非常古典風格的等待區，還不到入住時間，工作人員準備了英式下午茶，態度友好. 訂的房間算是比較大的，設備齊全，很安靜也很乾凈. 房間準備了很多種類的咖啡、茶和小點心.
酒店離地鐵火車站公交站都很近出行方便，也是倫敦馬拉松終點附近的酒店，值得下次再來～

酒店位置無敵，鬧中取靜，附近有好吃的麪包店，咖啡店，餐廳和超市，步行距離到白金漢宮，維多利亞地鐵站四通八達。房間小而精緻，有空調，唯一的小小缺點可能是需要搬幾節樓梯進酒店。
