The room is average, not matching the price. No toiletries such as toothbrush. Good points: The restroom in the lobby is very beautiful. Service: The service is too average, no doorman to take the luggage. We got off the taxi, carrying heavy luggage, but no one helped. Ordinary hotels don't have such service. Fortunately, Ctrip coordinated to change us to a slightly larger room, otherwise they would be very angry. The hotel is in a great location, 5 minutes walk to Westminster, 15-20 minutes walk to Chinatown and Buckingham Palace through St. John's Park. The hotel service is very good. I stayed at the hotel twice in London and even stored my luggage during my stay. The room is really small, but it's enough for sleeping. One afternoon when I returned to the hotel, I caught the hotel's happy hour and performance! A good hotel, no disadvantages except that it's expensive!

The hotel is located in the city center, quiet in the bustle, and within walking distance of many attractions such as Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey, Big Ben, and the London Eye.
