The service of this hotel is simply impeccable. From check-in to check-out, every staff member shows professionalism and enthusiasm, making people feel at home. The cleanliness of the room exceeded my expectations. Whether it was the bedding or the bathroom, it was spotless, which made people feel at ease. The service of this hotel is very good, and the staff is very warm, which makes people feel at home. Especially a man named Michael ：）

Excellent stay all round staff are very helpful and hard working trough out the entire stay especially Michael from desk and bar and Carla from bar hard working and happy to help Bed pillows and room was brilliant. Definitely book again very reasonable price for

Great location. It was very modern and very clean. We had a lovely greeting and the rooms are good. We had a really nice breakfast, good food and good price, thank you Rashand! We will definitely come and stay again! If you’re thinking of staying you will not be disappointed

As usual comfy bed and clean tidy room. All you need for a base when visiting London. Close to DLR for getting around. Friendly staff and lovely breakfast. Mary was especially friendly and helpful when we were at breakfast. Thank you Mary Will be back again

I originally stayed here because it’s close to an office I visit but I come back by choice now as the staff are always so welcoming and will do anything they can to help. Salma is usually on duty at breakfast and she is always smiling and takes the time to speak to guests making breakfast a nice start to the day. The hotel is very clean and it’s very quiet here. You hear no noise in or outside the hotel. An added bonus is if you get a room at the front of the hotel overlooking the Thames and O2 arena.

Nice location, nice service, nice breakfast, nice staffs. We enjoyed our stay. The view was the best part of my stay. Location was the quiet part of London, away from the noise and rush of city London. Clean rooms and a perfect bed for my body. I will sure stop over for another stay

Pretty much what I always expect from travelodge, decent room, nice and clean, nice breakfast, good selection of food and good service, polite staff, Rasheed was friendly at breakfast. Pretty easy to get to when driving in from the north. Recommend :)

Room was fantastic, had an upgrade to a family room. Breakfast was unreal, Rasheed was very nice and pleasant, couldn’t do enough for us. Also, mention to the woman who checked us in for breakfast, she cut the label out my jumper for me! Thankyou :)

Lovely Hotel, just a easy 5 minute walk from East India DLR station, Great Rooms & Lovely Cafe. Staff are Awesome, Very Polite & Professional, Much Thanks to Thubaina & Joshua for a Lovely Warm Welcome & being Very Helpful, Much Appreciated 😊
