Great location and value for money (for London!) London is not a cheap place to stay which is why we 3 friends in our fifties got a shared room with 3 beds. We were happy with our choice: the room had a decent size with a small table, the beds were comfortable, the small kitchenette had good facilities (which we didn't use apart from tea and coffee in the morning). The location is excellent, close to the tube and very central.

Great location, friendly staff. We wanted to check in early and they accommodated for us even earlier than we needed! It’s a big room with small kitchen and bathroom. Great for us, as a group of 4 who only stayed one night. Room was clean. And it’s located only 10 mins walk from Marylebone train station.

The place feels a bit hostelly and the room I was in was like a 90s student dorm. But: Concierge was friendly. Room, towels and bedding was clean, and shower gel etc supplied. All appliances functioned as expected. Shower temperature was good. Great location. Cheap for central London Not sure I would recommend foe anyone expecting a good hotel, but it's OK in a pinch for a night or two.

I arrived at about 10am to drop my bag off and told them I'd be back late. They said that my room hadn't been cleaned yet but I could leave my bag in there and have the keys so I could just come back when I liked. Which was brilliant. Got back just after 9pm and the room was absolutely spotlessly clean. The shower was hot and powerful. I had taken food to make in my room for breakfast and i had everything I needed provided. There was a fan in the room which was great as I am always too hot in bed, and the bed was the comfiest that I've ever slept in at a hotel. I definitely recommend this place. The location is great and the 2 staff members I met were lovely.

my wife and i stayed for one night on 6th august and was met at reception by a really nice chap who offered as the studio room on the 3rd floor instead of a basement room, and to be fair it was a really nice room. very clean, beds were super comfy and the shower room was gleaming. we got to london in the morning but our room wasn't ready which was fine as we were very early but we were allowed to leave our bag in reception. when we got to the room later in the evening there was a fan on and a window open which was a nice touch as we were very hot. hats off to the staff as this was a very short but very comfortable stay at this hotel, we will come back here when we next visit london.

I booked a studio room for $90 per night based on the Airbnb reviews and location. A month before my visit; I was messaged by the staff and asked if a room with a shared bath was fine. "you will be allocated a room with a shared bathroom and it is not exactly the one you see in the picture but it has the same characteristics". When I arrived, I found the room to be on the top floor with stained carpet, yellowed appliances, and damaged furnature. Needless to say, I did not stay here.
