Travelodge London Euston

The staff made the stay for us - they were friendly and helpful and could not be faulted. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of choice at breakfast. The location of the hotel is also brilliant - one minute walk from Euston and 8 minutes leisurely stroll (with kids) from Kings Cross so it is brilliantly placed for getting around the rest of London. We could also store our luggage for the whole day for free when we checked out which was really helpful. However, we stayed on the lower ground and the corridor to our room had an unpleasant smell, our bathroom was grubby and mouldy and the flush on the toilet was faulty and broke completely in the end. I would stay at Travelodge again but probably not this one (unless I could guarantee not being on the LG).

Very convenient location and the room was quiet and not too expensive for London. Good shower and the room was very clean. Staff were pleasant and very efficient at check in. Breakfast was quick and good value too. Generally stay in Travelodges now, as Premier I me are just so expensive in comparison.

Naz on reception was lovely, she helped me out for ages and was patient and kind. The room was nice and cafe is lovely too. The food was good and service great. I stayed in upgraded room and it’s really clean and nice …………… and great!!!!’nnmnnmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

Wet floor, short plug for kettle so couldn't fit kettle under the shelf so was unable to use. Not all lights worked.

Pleasantly surprised , haven't stayed in a Travelodge for years & this was a good experience. Room was small but spotlessly clean, aircon was perfect temperature, reception staff were great & good location for the stations - across road from Euston & 10min walk to St Pancras. Dropped a star as it was noisy from outside, the windows aren't great & we were on the first floor. For the price I paid would definitely go back (with earplugs).

Hotel well placed fir travel around London on buses and 2 mins from Euston station. No problem with stay, Hotel good value for 1 night short stay. Hotel one of the older ones and room could do with freshen up but room clean, no smell. Very comfy single beds with white sheets, black out blind in place so good night sleep a nd no noise. Room basic but has everything needed for short stay. Clean bathroom but take own shower gel etc. Shower not your power shower but adequate. Reception staff all very helpful and friendly and able to leave luggage before and after checkout which was appreciated. Didn't use any bar or food facilities so can't comment. Would stay in this room again on another short trip
