Extremely disappointed in this stay. The advertising said these were serviced appartments and we were advised that a service would be be conducted every 2 days. No one came near the room in 4 days. This was even worse because I had Emailed Concept Apartments who manage (arguable description) the property because of some minor cleaning issues, the night we arrived, also to advise the toilet seat was loose and even though I got an automated reply saying they would be in contact, they never followed up. The following evening we had to remove a rodent from the apartment and again I Emailed them and again there was no response. The worst part was the room has the sewer from the upstairs apartments running through it which has been hidden behind a plasterboard box in the corner but you get to listen to every time water is used, every shower, washing machines, sinks and every toilet flush. This is a rubbIsh place to stay.

The stairs are a tragedy!! Tall and many, suitcases are a real problem, poor cleanliness, the area is convenient for getting around because the metro is nearby. Price too high for the quality. I wouldn't recommend them.
