Reception staff is not very friendly.... after check out time we need to keep our luggage in a room which was very small room. They are not helping to keep luggage...they don't have washrooms/toilets downstairs... means after check out from hotels not allowing to use toilets .. very disappointed

This is a hotel where the managers are all Muslims. The attitude of the service staff is poor. There are Muslims around. There is a big road in front of the door. There is a lot of traffic. There are no good restaurants around, and it is rather desolate. It's not far from the subway, the sanitation is not good, the oven is very dirty, I told you to clean it, but no one cares about it when you check out, there is no knife in the kitchen, so I went to get it myself, it was very blunt, so I changed it again. I didn't give bath towels when I asked for them, but I gave a bunch of floor towels. After collecting the bath towels, I threw them on the floor in the corridor, and didn't take them away at night.
It is said that it is 30 pounds for check-in before 11 o'clock, and we also charged 30 pounds when we came at 12 o'clock. The room is relatively large.
Another annoying thing is that the sofa bed in the living room is charged separately, 50 pounds per day. Ctrip did not communicate clearly and paid for it.
All in all not worth it and will never come again.
