Checked into a unprepareddirty room, then a freezing one with no heating, before finally getting an acceptable room management’s only response was to hide and send out a scripted “sorry.” no ownership, no attempt to compensate. This place is operationally broken.

It's such a welcome to have peace of mind and peace to sleep when travelling. As always, I was welcomed by the staff at the front desk. I had no problems checking in. I had a quiet, early night, with television and a lovely warm shower. There were no disturbances. Check out was even easier! It's definitely a revisit type of place. Comfortable, clean and great location!

I was initially a little apprehensive about booking after reading some earlier negative reviews, but I’m so pleased I went ahead. This is not a luxury hotel but one that is great for business/work/stay at St George’s Hospital. From start to finish, everything was easy, check-in and check out were very well handled no issues. Any requests were handled promptly — I asked for a hairdryer and it was delivered immediately. The housekeeping team were outstanding, consistently going above and beyond. I would happily recommend this hotel and wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

This hotel has thieves. I left the hotel for about an hour, and when I came back to check out, I found my credit cards and cash missing from my wallet. My credit cards were then fraudulently used. The hotel lied, claiming that staff knocked on our door during our stay and we opened it. That absolutely did not happen.
