we booked sapphire hotel but upon arrival was given a room at Pearl hotel few doors away. We are happy with Pearl and have no
complain . Thanks to the hotel for giving us as senior citizen a unit at the ground floor. The room is clean , quiet and a large window facing the rear
courtyard. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, giving us guide how to travel to Heathrow. Much thanks for their advise.
The hotel is well located and easily assessible to many restaurants and pubs . Can walk leisurely to Westfield for shopping too.
will consider to use this hotel again next trip to London
