I liked this place.
I had a single room but it was large and had a good kitchenette.
The bathroom was pretty good too.
The windows and lighting was good.
The check in process was easy even when checking in out of office hours.
I would stay here again.

The room was pretty huge but the bathroom was kind of an issue since the tap was not working properly and there is an problem with the bathroom room, we were not able to look it, other than that the room was pretty clean

Optimal accommodation for value for money.
Large room and well-equipped kitchen. Good cleaning. Friendly and helpful reception staff. Excellent location with bus stop for the metro just a few steps away. Shop stocked with all kinds of things just around the corner. Only one criticism, the sink in the bathroom was too small and a little uncomfortable. However highly recommended.

No refund available for surprise booking I made without asking my carer. I have adhd, dyslexia and many other mental health issues and wanted to surprise them. I was not able to get a results m refund so I have lost money. This is very distressing for me as I didn't see anywhere that this was the case. My carer phoned up today and was told there was nothing to be done. No care or understanding
