The service of the hotel reception staff is not good. They arranged for us to stay in the basement room. There is no elevator and we have to go through a long staircase to get to the room. It is very hard for our elderly guests. In addition, there is a strong smell of damp air after entering the room , feeling uncomfortable, and some unpleasant experiences, made us feel that we would not choose this kind of hotel with unworthy service and charges.

This hotel is CHARMING! Decor to friendly, attentive staff were absolutely wonderful. Room was perfect. Nice bathroom amenities. Clean. Quiet. Restaurant offered perfect breakfast options - we had other meals away while touring the city. Added bonus is the Drawing Room - a comfortable area on floor above street level. Sofas, chairs, tables, honor bar - a great place to gather with others in our group. Walking distance to MANY shops, theatres, tube... From the moment we were welcomed at the door to the farewells upon departure, this was a treat!

Lovely hotel with well trained, friendly and perfectly mannered staff - everything you would want in a luxury London Hotel. The room was beautiful, spacious and well designed - gorgeous bathroom with thoughtful extra touches (sensor lighting), plenty of space for toiletries. Sizable wardrobe, mini bar, safe. Breakfast was a real treat, so much choice, and everything fresh, attentive staff, friendly and personable. Perfect location for Covent Garden and Seven Dials with all the fabulous resteraunts and theatre shows, but located in a quiet street - we slept very well in the huge bed. All in all we felt very well looked after, thank you!

A fabulous hotel in a relatively quiet area of Covent Garden/Seven dials. Recently visiting our daughter who now lives in Covent Garden, she brought us here for cocktails and a 3 course evening meal. The food was delicious with the potions not overpowering and I had probably the best old fashioned cocktail that I’ve ever tasted. The restaurant staff were both friendly and helpful and the service couldn’t be faulted. We enjoyed the experience so much we went back the following morning for breakfast, and that was just as enjoyable as the previous night. This was our first visit here and it certainly won’t be our last.

Charming lobby and staff at front desk. However, the rooms are tiny! Really small. Have to turn sideways to walk around the bed! Lucky we are staying only one night!. Also, no water in the room except the mini bar (expensive!!) bottles. For $800 a night, it might be nice to leave a bottle of water?? Plus, you’ll face the issue of arriving in the morning (11ish) and being told the room may not be available til check in time, 3pm!!! This despite having called to alert them we were arriving from Los Angeles. (A long flight!). They have a perfect legal right to make you wait but, again, you would hope that they would try to help their far away travelers to get a shower and recover from the long flight. I know that other London (and European) hotels have rooms ready if they have been given advance warning. Not always, but most of the time. Particularly the high priced ones like this one. Good news is super nice bell service and nice lounge area on first floor.

This is a superb hotel, where we have stayed many times. The rooms are each different and are luxurious, with excellent showers, and firm beds and pillows. The staff are always engaging and willing to assist, from the reception and concierge team (Louis goes out of his way to assist) to the cleaning and restaurant staff (Marta is fabulous). A wonderful location, as well.

Amazing experience, my sister won a voucher to spend so we chose Covent Garden hotel, great location, we came by train, the hotel itself was beautiful, staff very polite and friendly, we were kindly upgraded , stunning room , great choice for breakfast, definitely recommend, thank you x
