We made an Air BnB booking for September 2025 which has been in place for months. It was cancelled without explanation. When I asked why they said it was an error on the platform. I’m calling BS. Air BnB offered substandard alternatives kms from where we wanted to be. Don’t hang your hat on this one.

Never, EVER book with Sonder or AirBNB. We are less than 100 days from our London trip, with families coming from multiple countries. This trip was to show our kids where their dad grew up, where they used to go, school, where we’ve been together etc… Sonder-cancelled our reservation last night…no reason other than they are not booking in 2025 right now. Even though, we have confirmation of acceptance of our reservation from ages ago, paid our deposit, had conversations about rollaway beds and extra bedding for the kids in email. And air bnb let them-but hey-we will hold onto your money so you can rebook through us…here’s 125 for your trouble-but you can ONLY use it for a new reservation… Never again. Shameful. This place worked out really well for us and our 2 adult daughters. Spacious, clean, comfy bed and furniture and nice location. It was quiet as well if you compare to Soho or Covent Garden to which we had easy access. I had nothing negative about the suite. Hangers were missing and delivered by Sonder within the hour on a Saturday. Tough to get better service. It would be nice to have a safe in the apartment but we manage. Kitchen fairly well equipped. Nice coffee machine. We ate out every night though. Would book again

Great location and option for families. Space was large and comfortable but needs a little refresh (dead plants, cracked planters, damaged dishwasher cabinet cover), and incredibly loud and constant sound of running water behind sitting area wall that was noisy and distracting.

This is just an amazing design and great room! Really enjoyed my business trip and stay at this Sonder location. I am a real fan of their concept, especially at these prices. There is a great Indian restaurant close to it that I really recommend as well.

Clean well equipped in the center of attractions and a lot of surrounding restaurants Highly receptive team, they managed to get me to the unit when the units key was not placed in proper place by previous tenant I got 30 pound back gesture apology for an upstairs noise

I had stayed in Sonder apartments in the US twice before. It had been very good. This one in London did not have cold air conditioning (in the middle of the English summer), a fact not mentioned in the contract. When I opened the window, there was a lot of noise from the street. The shower was dripping water, and despite calling for repairs twice, they never came. The internet was very bad, I called for repairs and they came almost 48 hours after much insistence. When I left, the key handover did not work. In other words, for more than 1000 pounds a day, I will never stay in a Sounder in Europe again.
