This hostel they are scammers I advice people don’t book this place i book the hostel they leave me outside stranded I call them no one answer my call I sent them message no one reply let one I request refund they don’t refund my money . Please don’t go there

The staff are very friendly and the environment is quiet. The location is a bit remote but acceptable. There are Tesco supermarket and Westfield nearby. Shopping is convenient. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the nearest subway station.

There is a subway station about 15 minutes on foot, so transportation is good. There is a restaurant where you can cook simple dishes, and there is an outdoor terrace connected to the restaurant, so it's not bad. Negative reviews are clearly from people with unreasonable expectations. We paid £20ea to stay in London, we weren't expecting the Hilton with room service and full English. We got what we paid for and needed, a clean bed in a shared room, friendly staff, parking, within 5min walk of a tube station so we could get to Wembley for a gig.
