The hotel said that the room was too small to accommodate three people, even if I paid more (later it seemed that the room was very large). We had to book two rooms for more than 8k. Later, under the coordination of Ctrip, we booked two connecting rooms, and Ctrip also made up the difference. The room was really large in this area (see picture). His voice was like a mosquito, hey. When I paid the deposit by credit card, I tried to swipe it twice, but my credit card received an email reminder that I had paid more than 500 euros (more than 4,000 yuan). Then the front desk said it was impossible, and then I went in and asked the finance department for about 10 minutes and they said that the payment was indeed made. I was really speechless. Later, when I checked out and extended my stay, I was asked for my credit card information again. When my credit card was taken away for a short time, I was really worried because I was afraid that they would steal it. In short, although it is a long-established luxury hotel, the front desk and concierge are very difficult to describe and unprofessional. The people in the engineering department are very good. They came to help fix something in the room. Their attitude and service are also good. This is the only service staff who felt proactive and enthusiastic during the few days I stayed. [Restaurant]: I had a buffet breakfast for one day. I chose an English breakfast for 40 pounds. It was okay. The taste was satisfactory. In the next few days, I had breakfast at Caffe Concerto next door, facing the theater. It was really great, but the portion was too large. Don't order too much. [Hygiene]: The hygiene is fine, very clean, and the facilities are also very good. The two-room family room is expensive but it is indeed very comfortable to live in.

Breakfast is semi-self-service, there is a menu that can be ordered extra, omelette is my favorite every day, although the room is not big, but the bed is 1.8 meters, which is enough for two people! The whole hotel is very tasteful!
