The location and staff were great

Good Experience. But they must keep on top of the hotel condition Great location and easy to find. Check in from 3pm - you can pay an extra £15 to check in earlier. Staff were all very friendly. Some areas in the room were tired. Dirty carpet, Brocken window blind and damaged ceiling area

I have stayed at several hub hotels in London and this is one of my favorites, mainly because most (though not all) of the staff are very friendly. During this stay there were a few glitches, but Luigi the manager addressed them promptly and took responsibility. He went out of his way to be helpful. Tarek and Bray were two staff members who stood out for their friendliness and helpfulness. The kindness of the customer service by these three is why I will return to this hub in the future.

We had a great stay. All the staff there are friendly and helpful. Any additional needs or requests dealt with quickly and politely. Our (bigger) room was comfortable, clean and good value. The bathroom was very good and had all we needed. We were fortunate that there were rooms available when we arrived early so paid the fee and checked in early. This gave us more time to enjoy the city. Bottled water was provided for the room and use of the coffee and hot water as there was no kettle in the room. Breakfast was good value and there was enough for us to enjoy. We found the location really good, a few minutes walk to the local tube station at West Brompton and not far from Earls Court or Kensington.

The location of this is great. There’s a great bar across the street and it’s next to a station. The main entrance is totally fine, as well as the hallways and the lift. Those are modern and sleek. Even the style and shape of the room was fine. The issues I had and noticed immediately was in checking, the front desk manager noted my room number multiple times which you are not supposed to do, especially as a female, traveling alone, just for safety sake. Once I got into the room, I noticed immediately that my Curtains were damaged at the bottom and the duvet was stained and gross. The bathroom was the least of the issues, but the faucets were rusted, and the soap holders were older and it didn’t seem As if they had been changed in a while because the soap itself was hard to pump out, but also was watery. The AC also did not work. Either it did work, but it wasn’t circulating, or it just was not working at all because the room never cooled down once.
