The room was comfortable, and the toiletries were good, bright, and new. However, the location is a bit out of the way, not ideal for those planning to visit museums. Luckily, there's a subway station right across the street (about a 5-minute walk).
The first room they gave us was at the end of the hall, which felt a bit off from the start, and the toilet wasn't clean. The front desk later moved us to a second room on a higher floor, close to the elevator. Breakfast was quite good; the croissants seemed homemade and were very fragrant~

This hotel was in a great location and easily accessible from Stratford International station. The room was clean, modern and very comfortable. The breakfast was of a high standard and staff are extremely helpful. I would definitely book again !

The rooms are quite new, the environment is very good, and the rooms are spacious. The location is excellent, with convenient transportation nearby and beautiful scenery. It's not far from the attractions, and the breakfast is plentiful and of very good quality. Quite satisfied.

Out of the five hotels I've stayed at in London, this one offers the best value for money. It's exquisite, with a great interior and spacious rooms. Martina at the front desk even upgraded me to a room with a view, which was fantastic! The entire hotel feels quite new, and it's spotlessly clean. The room's color scheme and interior design create a warm, cozy, and aesthetically pleasing atmosphere. There are thoughtful details everywhere, and the shower pressure is excellent. The bed is large enough, and the bedding feels brand new, unlike the worn-out sheets at JW Grosvenor House Hotel and The Marylebone Hotel, which charge an outrageous 5,000-6,000 RMB per night – a total rip-off. Plus, The Gantry Hotel is conveniently located right across from London's largest shopping mall, where you can find everything you need.

Our first visit to the hotel for an overnight stop and we loved it and will definitely be back. Very helpful reception staff. Room very spacious. Very comfy bed. Big warm shower and very easy to use. Delicious breakfast. Only minor complaint was the coffee machine which was slow and created a big queue. Get another machine. Good choice of food on hot and cold buffet, staff constantly replenishing anything running low. Thanks very much. We will be back.

Absolutely stunning hotel. Could not fault it one bit. From check in to check out every little details was thought of. Stunning decor. Rooms were large with great views and space. Fine details were all thought of and what a great shower. Loved the carafe provided for water and ice available for free in reception. Coffee pod machine and kettle in the room. Bathrobes and slippers too. Bed super comfy and pillows that definitely make you want to sneak them out for use at home (we didn’t). Would highly recommend. Super close to Westfield and Stratford international rail. Car park £8 for 24hours. Brilliant. Will definitely be staying again.
