There are no advantages except cheapness... Those who have good sleep quality should not try it. You can't fall asleep for even a second. The room is filled with snoring. There are no sockets next to every bed, and the beds are not straight. There are many people coming in and out of the house. Some people leave in the middle of the night and some move in. Anyway, it's the first time I tried it in my life... I won't try it again

Phoenix Hostel is a customer-friendly hostel that offers great customer service and offers clean rooms to all its customers at a reasonable price. I highly recommend Phoenix Hostel to everyone even if the stay is just a few days. I greatly appreciate Phoenix Hostel in the heart of London and much appreciated.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. The atmosphere is very chill and a lot of banter. There is free tea and cheap breakfast which is quite convenient. The rooms and cleanliness is to good standard. You get what you pay for, it isn't the cleanest but far better than other hostels in London by a mile.

If u don't know something ask staff they will help!!! Near to underground and many restaurants … it is very cheap and you can enjoy a breakfast for 4 extra pounds they give you tea or free coffee. A cheap please for resting to enjoy the beautiful London I recommend it

Great price for the location. Just next to the tube station. So very easy to get around any time day or night. You can litterally walk down to Oxford street in 10-15 min. Good vibes in the hostel and special mention to Zu and Angel who made my stay very pleasant. Very friendly.

One of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed. It is a hostel but definitely deserves a name of 3*hotel. Very friendly staff and good atmosphere. Great location, the nearest underground station is within 5min walk I would definitely recommend the hostel. I’ll be back again
